Katiebug’s specializes in all natural shaved ice. We handcraft all our syrups from organic cane sugar & local fresh produce, herbs and teas. We believe in offering a high quality product. Amazingly fresh flavors, real ingredients, handcrafted awesomeness.
We are a mother-daughter team, Katie & Melissa Morgan. We started Katiebug’s in June of 2014. The business is named after Katie’s nickname as a child. We are housed in a vintage 1958 canned ham trailer. We believe in eating farm to table with our own family & we wanted to start a business that embodied that belief. This is how Katiebug’s was born.
