Owner and head cake designer Sarah Lofgren is a native San Franciscan who has worked in the food industry for over 20 years. She received her degree from the California Culinary Academy and has worked at several top Bay Area restaurants. She relocated to Lake Tahoe in 2004 only to become an award winning pastry chef and start her dream business….designing wedding cakes.
