Baked fresh daily and made to order in Nashville, TN, Brinana’s Bread is made partly with sourdough which creates a soft, moist texture. Our customers love to create their own flavor combinations. A recent order: pomegranate glaze and chopped walnuts with a candied walnut topping.

In the last couple of days in April 2020, Brianna Bartelt had a couple of overripe bananas and plenty of sourdough starter. She made a loaf of sourdough banana bread for her housemates. Soon, the loaf was gone, and friends wanted their own loaves. In a sense, this sh*t went bananas.Brianna B.
