Blue Ribbon Meat & Butcher Shop has been locally owned & operated since 1946 ~ The owner is a third generation owner. In October 2010, we expanded on to our business and now have a retail Butcher Shop with that “old-fashioned feeling” that you can’t find in those “chain stores”. We have fresh cuts of USDA Choice Beef, lamb, poultry, pork, homemade sausage links (made from secret family recipes) smoked right in our smokehouses located on site. Customer Favorites include: Bacon Burgers, marinated Tri-Tips, stuffed chicken breasts and pork chops, fresh cream cheese stuffed bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers and carne asada.
