The Blue Ox Bakery specializes in Slow cookery Old World Bread, using local cereal grains grown in the mid west. We also specialize in ethnic pastries such as Sompo Cakes, Paczki(made made Polish Holiday’s), Kackac(Somali Beignets), as well Somali Pastries not normally produced in a western bakery.
