It all started for me in the summer of 1997. I was unemployed and looking for work. I saw a “now hiring” sign outside of a pawn shop and was hesitant to go inside. I filled out an application and I was hired on the spot! After five months of working in the warehouse, the manager decided to give me a chance on the sales floor. That is where I found my calling!
After working for this company for three years, a competitor heard of me and offered me a position at their company! I’m so thankful they found me. I was given an incredible opportunity to learn the pawn business inside and out. I am honored to have worked for some of the best pawn brokers in Denver. In 2007 my wife and I opened Big Daddy’s Jewelry & Pawn. I am so grateful that I am part of a business that is involved in helping our community. Success in this business can be summed up in two words: Customer Service
