We started selling fresh trades from local dealerships as I was the appraiser who appraised the cars that came in on trades. The ones I liked and thought were clean and nice, I retailed at my dealership and the others I sent to auctions. Since this is a family owned business we choose an exclusive style of running our business, we decide to hire salary base employees’ vs. commission base sales men. Since the salesmen are salary based you won’t feel pressured to making a hasty purchase. We do not like going to dealerships where you are harassed and pressured by sales men and end up making a hasting purchase. For the same reason we decided not to mark up points on financing as well, we sell all of our cars with no profit from loan vs. other dealers who make at least 2 to 4 points on the backend.
