Animal Kingdom has been in business since 1953. It is the premiere pet grooming business in New Jersey. We are one of the only shops specializing in hand scissoring and individual blow drying and fluffing. Ruthann Clark and J. Albert Migliori acquired the business in 1975 at its present location in East Orange. After purchasing the building, several renovations and expansions, they tripled the original size and upgraded it to a full line pet shop in addition to the original pet grooming services. Animal Kingdom expanded to South Orange in 1989. This location provides dog and cat grooming as well as pet daycare.Animal Kingdom’s expert pet groomers have all been individually trained at our locations and have a combined 80 years of experience grooming a wide variety of dog and cat breeds. Our retail staff has been with us for an average of 12 years and boasts a combined experience of over 125 years in the industry. We are the experts in Tropical and Cold water fish.
