Although I started this business in 2012, some core recipes are the product of a 40 year catering career my father had. Tweaking some of his recipes and developing my own, I now have 8 products in my roster. I was born right here in Bakersfield and after moving away for a number if years, I have come back home and truly enjoy what I do and especially talking with my customers and seeing new ones taste my products.
