The year was 1931. On a corner lot in West Los Angeles on Santa Monica Blvd, our Great Grandfather Robert Wertz founded Wertz Brothers Furniture. His sons Robert Jr. and Lawrence took over the business in 1969, at which time Robert and Lawrence’s sons Mike and Larry entered the business, soon operating up to 4 locations around Los Angeles. Now with the help of 4th Generation family members Michael Jr and Ryan, the Wertz Family continues to run a family owned and operated business. Wertz Brothers Furniture strives to continue its tradition in Los Angeles history of selling quality used furniture at an affordable price. There truly is something for everyone here at Wertz Bros.
