And we personally open and taste-test each case of fruit before accepting delivery. You’ll always receive apples and bananas, and another 4 additional fruit varieties chosen on the basis of taste, seasonality, local/organic, all at the breaking point of ripeness. With produce vendor experience at the Pike Place Market, Tom O’Connor has developed a method for providing consistently superior-tasting fruit for workplaces throughout the Seattle area. His passion is to provide workplaces with nutrient-dense fruit to address spiraling “sick-care” costs, improve employee health and productivity and further worksite wellness initiatives.

He personally opens and taste-tests each case of fruit before accepting delivery. To further ensure quality and freshness, Tom buys from vendors and local growers in small quantities multiple times per week. These steps “capture” the very freshest fruit. He feels his customer’s deserve this highest standard of quality control.

Tom is a Certified Permaculturalist and an accredited Permaculture Design Course teacher. He also teaches others how to grow their own nutrient-dense vegetables.
