History begins with name! Aime’s Love is two family names blended together. Aime is the middle name of Morgan’s (co-owner) maternal grandfather Georges Aime Marchessault who owned a pastry shop in Quebec.It closed due to allergies baking with wheat. In french aime means love. Love is the middle name of Jennifer (co-owner) great-great-great granddaughter of Robert Love who opened Love’s Bakery in Hawaii in 1851. It is still open today.
