Anita is the owner and head decorator at the Midnight Sun Cakery. She has over 20 years professional experience in cake decorating. She received the bulk of her speciality training at a high end bakery in New Orleans. She also has a Master of Fine Art degree in design. Anita wanted to open a cakery in Anchorage that specializes in affordable, great tasting works of art for any and all special occasions. So the Midnight Sun Cakery was born in June of 2012.
