Started in a small vintage home on Montana street as a small jewelry and art studio carrying handmade crafts in glass, wood, art, and ceramics by artists from El Paso and around the US. The company grew to the westside and moved to Mesa St in 1987 and has become well know for its professional work in jewelry and art appraising, watch and jewelry repair, and custom designed work. Since 1984 they have been heavily involved in buying and selling gold and diamonds, and opened a consignment department to offer customers a way to sell their jewelry in El Paso.

Ms. Eisen is a Graduate Gemologist, GIA, Master Gemologist Appraiser, ASA, Certified Gemologist Appraiser, AGS, Accredited Member, ISA, and other accreditations that require testing and many hours of extensive coursework around the country. She is an appraiser of jewelry, watches, fine art, sculpture, Asian art prints, and other forms of art. She was born in El Paso and learned how to make jewelry in her studio classes at the UTEP Art Metals Department and at GIA. She has been quoted in over 150 magazine articles in national magazines and is the author of two books on jewelry and inheritance issues. She is considered an inheritance expert by the professionals that recommend her and she is working on her third book. She owns 11 trademarks and one patent on items she has designed and created and continues to create more products to enhanced the lives of her customers. Her custom jewelry includes medical identification jewelry, the Franklin Rock collection, and many others.
