We are a locally owned and operated jewelry store that has a large selection of jewelry to choose from. We have everything from mint condition antique jewelry to new and modern jewelry. We custom make engagement rings and anything you can think of. We also do hand engrave, jewelry repairs, jewelry appraisals and string beads. Our Owner Rex McClure is presently the President of The South Carolina Jewelers Association. Please come by and check us out.

We started out on King Street in Charleston, SC back in 1993. We were in a different location in East Bay Street, and Finally have moved to our Current Address of 344 M East By Street.

Rex McClure is one of the owners of Sohn and McClure. He owns and operates the store on East Bay Street with his wife Kristina McClure. Presently he is the resident of the South Carolina Jewelers Association. He is originally from Texas but moved here about 15 years ago with his Wife, Father-In-Law William Sohn and Mother-In-law Sally Sohn to start a family owned and operated business. They have done Charleston right and now have 2 stores in the Low Country. William Sohn is the owner of the South Windermere Store on James Island.
