Raphio Chocolate

We got a lot of questions from customers: “What’s so special about your chocolate?” Our answer is simple: our chocolate is made from scratch, from cacao beans, not cocoa powder. By starting from beans, our dark chocolate bar only contain 3 ingredients in it. Pure, real chocolate. No fillers, no substitutes. The beans contain cacao butter naturally, and when we grind them, all we have to add is the organic cane sugar and a touch of additional cacao butter for silky mouthfeel. No emulsifier, no preservatives, no filler of any kind and no artificials. Just pure, real chocolate.

Inspired by my sons, Raphael and Rio, Raphio Chocolate was born with a goal and desire to promote healthy real chocolates to parents or anyone, for that matter, so your children or loved ones can also enjoy pure dark chocolate. Not candy, just healthy. Elisia Otavi of Raphio’s mission is to make and sell only what she prefers to feed to her own children. She simply makes chocolate from scratch, from cacao beans to goodness. While keeping the health benefits on top of the list, Raphio Chocolate is also about the richness of flavors of real chocolate. Everybody has different palate, but most people should be able to taste the significantly different notes that come from the cacao beans from different origins – easier to pinpoint than coffee or wine.
