While in Boone, NC one autumn weekend, we stumbled upon a similar shoppe and walked out with more oil than we ever thought we needed. And we loved it. We started thinking to ourselves, “Charlotte NEEDS something like this”. Our passion for good oil exploded almost immediately. Doug, having worked in the food industry for years and me (Sophie), a new stay at home mom, looked for the right place for nearly two years. When we finally found our Dilworth spot, it just felt right, and we knew that we needed to make it happen. Bonus: it’s right in our neighborhood. We can walk to our “shoppe around the corner” and look forward to being a neighborhood mainstay.
