We started painting furniture out of our house and eventually opened in November of 2013. There is no greater joy than seeing our customers satisfaction as they take our furniture and home goods into their own home.

I’m Meg. He’s Joe. We are the Piercy’s and we live in Chicago with our son and 6 pound toy poodle. Joe’s first birthday after we were married I bought him a drill and table saw. Though we didn’t know how to use them, we started some projects. After several failures, we got the hang of it and haven’t stopped!

What started off as doing house projects turned into re-purposing furniture and then turned into a thriving furniture design business! We say we tripped into the business, but boy are we glad we did because it is super fun. After lining our hallways and garage with pieces for a year, we have now opened a retail space (and now have our home back…phew)!

We like all furniture from very traditional to modern to painted to wood. You name it, we do it! So, please follow this blog as we show before and afters, tips, tricks and a little bit of life!
