Living Modern’s Mission is to feature a wide variety of Home Furnishing products such as Furniture, Accessories, Lighting, Rugs and Artwork. Living Modern will sell direct to the public, to the Trade and to the Contract and Hospitality segments all at Mid Range price points. We specialize in Modern, Contemporary, and Mid-Century Modern furniture. Living Modern Furnishings & Design is a Retail Home Furnishing Showroom, located in the very vibrant and hip area of South Dallas called Uptown/Oak Lawn. Our Freestanding, one story 7,500 sq. ft. showroom is located on Oak Lawn Avenue with a 20 parking spots to park. Living Modern is aiming at the mid-range price point as to have a broader appeal towards a wider variety of demographic. Living Modern also offers a full service design studio. Living Modern has over 65 Vendors, from all over the world, featuring some vendors that do not have a showroom presence in Dallas. Open Sundays and After-Hours by appointment only.

Living Modern opened in 2015 with the mission of providing the best quality modern furnishings from all over the world. All of our custom order furnishings are always available for immediate delivery off of our showroom floor and most furnishings can be customized in many ways.
