Located in Culver City, KUSTAA is a unique eatery + market; known for its curated selections of cheese, cured meats, and wines from all around the world. Our international specialty market has a wide selection of wines, olive oils, crackers, and sweets for that perfect hostess gift. Enjoy an afternoon seated in our spacious outdoor patio with a varied menu of handcrafted sandwiches and salads. Or swing by after work and ask our Cheesemongers to select the perfect cheeses to savor on a cheese and charcuterie board, paired with a bottle of wine or spirits.

KUSTAA brings an International flare from Swedish/Colombian,Tina Bonfires. Experienced in the Los Angeles Restaurant industry and Event Planning, Bonfils brings to Kustaa a passion of eating good food, cheese and wine.
Living local in West Los Angeles, Bonfils is excited to share her expertise to the community. Growing up in Europe, our small Mom and Pop markets were like family, a daily meal came from the local butcher or Boulangerie. My goal is to have the experience as a family community and bring the neighbors together.
Tina Bonfils grew up in Malmö, Sweden. At the age of 18, Bonfils mother encouraged her to go to United States to learn English and find a career. Bonfires started working in retail fashion, but it wasn’t until she worked in a restaurant, where food and wine became her passion. Creating the menu with fresh ingredients and selecting unique feature cheese and wines across the world is what now makes Kustaa Cheese & Wine.
