I am a clinical psychologist by degree with a PhD and got my first French bulldog when I was working in a board and care facility for the mentally ill there first hand I witnessed the difference between patients reaction that with the dog versus mine. They would start talking to the dog cuddling the dog and being at ease in a way that they were never just with me face-to-face. The dog started to become an Intercal part of the talk therapy that I did with my patients. This was my inspiration to start breeding these animals specifically this breed and that is extremely social not at all skittish than happy to sit on the lap of any stranger
