There is a power to being fundamental, strong, simple and thoughtful. We at Finefolk believe in honest beauty coming from honest design. Finefolk is a concept shop + studio in the heart of the Crossroads Arts District in Downtown Kansas City. We have lovingly gathered inspired pieces that are created by individuals who we feel represent a valued sense of style and beauty. It is a strong collective of labels consisting of emerging, independent, and established designers previously not available in Kansas City. Come in and shop cult labels like Isabel Marant Etoile, Maryam Nassir Zadeh, Black Crane, Rachel Comey, No 6, Women by Common Projects, LD Tuttle & Raquel Allegra. Plus, find new favorites to add to your closet! We carry everything from clothing, shoes, jewelry, bags, accessories, apothecary and gifts as well as offering personal shopping services, gift box services & closet edits. We hope you will come visit our new space and experiences with us all that is very fine. We are by appointment only on Sunday and Monday – please call in advance to set up a time with us if you wish to come in one of these days! Note – entrance is on the west side of the building

Originally opened in November of 2013, and despite being tucked away in a small studio setting off the beaten track, Finefolk quickly garnered a loyal customer base of a woman who appreciate an artful sensibility and want fashion created by designers with integrity. Within our new, larger space, the Finefolk selection is ever-evolving into one which will represent a vast cross section of clothing and accessories that harmoniously merge with home and beauty products, books and other artisanal items.
