At Eldora Chocolate, we’re redefining how we think about chocolate. After traveling the world, tasting the best beans, and learning the most sophisticated chocolate-making techniques, we knew we had to bring what we’d learned home to Albuquerque. Today, we ethically source our organic, natural, or fair trade beans from 24 countries before processing them in small batches to draw out each region’s uniquely rich flavors. We’re crafting chocolate in its purest form, paying tribute to its origin and engaging the soul with each taste. We can’t wait for you to experience the difference. In fact, we pride ourselves on our customer’s input when it comes to creating new products. When you visit our store, you’ll be treated to samples of our new creations, and your feedback helps us continue to update our menu with treats we know you and other customers will love.

Eldora Chocolate crafts chocolate bars, truffles, drinks, energy bars, and more using organic, natural, and free-trade ingredients. They believe that chocolate is food — not simply “candy”. They’re a chocolate shop and so much more, as every item on their menu is created from raw, whole ingredients, from the cacao bean to the chocolate bar.
