Domenico’s Foods specializes in Fresh Pasta, Sauces, Tapenades, Pestos, Parmigiano Reggiano Stuffed Peppers, Sun-Dried tomatoes and much more… Our ever expanding product line, which has been called “addictive” by Bon Appétit Magazine, is the culmination of our passion for providing our customers with premium products combined with unparalleled customer service. Domenico’s Foods prides itself on using exceptional natural ingredients, focusing on taste, texture and environmental sustainability.

Established in 2003.
It all started with my grandfather and I making marinated sun-dried tomatoes in his basement in New York when I was just a kid. This was not just any old recipe. It was an age-old recipe handed down through my family’s generations. As I got older, I dreamed of jarring and selling the tomatoes because they were like nothing anyone had ever tasted. Everyone who tried them raved about them. When I started working at the Cheese Store of Beverly Hills in 2001, I immediately seized the opportunity of starting to make the tomatoes on my own, in hopes of being able to sell them at the shop. They were an immediate hit with customers and soon after, I was known as “The Tomato Guy.” From there, my product line grew, adding Parmigiano Reggiano Stuffed Peppers, pestos, tapenades, sauces, lasagna, eggplant parmigiana, and of course, fresh pasta. The demand for our products became so great that I expanded outside the Cheese Store into local farmer’s markets.

My love of food started when I was just a kid growing up in New York. As the eldest son of first generation Italian parents, I was raised in an environment rich with appreciation of traditional and authentic food, passed down through generations of age-old family recipes. On any given Sunday, you would find me helping my family prepare our traditional Sunday dinner. Whether I was picking fresh vegetables from my grandfather’s garden or helping Nonna in the kitchen, I learned the importance of using simple, fresh ingredients.

It is through these experiences and traditions that have made what Domenico’s Foods is today. We represent the best of what is possible with the finest ingredients available. We put our heart, soul and countless hours into perfecting the taste you will experience with each and every bite of our products.
