Clifton Market is a full-service cooperatively owned grocery store. We are open to everyone and have a grocery mix for the entire community, from conventional to organic and local – all at competitive prices. Our special departments include: Bakery Produce Beer/Wine Cheese Deli/Food Service Meat and Seafood Diary Frozen General Grocery Bulk Foods Coffee and Tea Sushi Bar

Established in 2017.
Community members held a meeting in August of 2013 to discuss the potential for the return of a grocery store. This meeting lead to many more and the formal creation of Clifton Market as a cooperative in the State of Ohio in January of 2014. It would be another three years of fundraising to purchase, renovate, equip, and stock the grocery store. Individuals in the community raised over $2 million towards the project – a true community barn raising. On January 22, 2017, three and a half years after the first meeting, Cincinnati was able to celebrate the opening of Clifton Market, our very own community owned grocery store.

Keith comes to us from Fresh Thyme. He has the trifecta of managerial experience from Meijers, Lofino’s, and Fresh Thyme, representing conventional, high end, and organic/natural. He is a perfect fit. Come in and talk to our wonderful mustachioed store director.
