At Chops we pride ourselves in providing the best quality meats possible along with unmatched customer service. We carry Prime, organic Grass Fed, and wagyu beef. Our Pork is Premium Pork from Niman Ranch. We offer Organic and Pasteur raised chicken from California. We make a great selection of sausage in house from cuts in our meat cases, we never use fillers, additives or preservatives. We also offer a hand picked selection of carefully sourced fresh fish delivered daily where you’ll find anything from Scottish Salmon to Scallops and sea Urchin.
