Bluescreek Farm Meats

We now have a local food cafe! Come get unique, from scratch cooking 5 days a week! Go to our website for our menu! We specialize in locally raised beef, lamb, pork, goat & veal. We raise our animals with no growth hormones or antibiotics. Our animals get all of the grass, hay, and grain that they want. The grain is a mixed ration. We dry age our beef, and butcher fresh every week at a state inspected slaughter house. We also offer CSAs & Classes over and above the items offered in our meat case. We also do Facebook Exclusive Blue Bag Bundles every Sunday evening (for pickup on Tuesday). These are special bundles we’ve put together, at a discounted price, that you reserve on facebook.

Cheryl & David Smith opened Bluescreek Farm Meats because they had an amazing product that they wanted to sell directly to the consumer. Even to this day, that fact still holds true as to one of the key reasons they still do what they do. Over the years the number of products/cuts that we offer people has grown from just beef to now beef, lamb, goat, pork, and veal.

Cheryl & David opened Bluescreek Farm Meats because they knew they had such a wonderful product. After more than 22 years of working with the public they think it’s more important than ever that they continue to provide a healthy product for the every day consumer.
