Drake Family Farms Goat Dairy

We are an artisan farmstead operation. We raise Saanen, Nubian and Alpine dairy goats and use their excellent goat milk in all of our products. We sell raw goat milk, grade A pasteurized goat milk, fresh and aged goat cheese, goat milk yogurt and handmade goat milk soap. We are licensed and inspected by UDAF (Utah Department of Agriculture and Food). We have a retail store on our farm and we wholesale most of our products at other stores and restaurants in Utah.

Established in 1880.
We are a registered Utah Century Farm, meaning that the same family has continuously farmed here for at least 100 years. In our case it is 136 years. Edward Drake, an immigrant from England. purchased the land in 1880 and six generations of the Drake Family have continued to farm it. We started raising dairy goats in 1983 and became a licensed commercial dairy in 1999. Daniel Drake, DVM and his parents Ron and Jeanette Drake are the current owners of Drake Family Farms Utah. Daniel Drake is a dairy veterinarian and also owns and operates a goat dairy in Ontario, California called Drake Family Farms California.
