ThoroughBread is a small-batch bakery specializing in all-organic flour and naturally leavened sourdough. Burridoughs and coffee start the morning, with warm and gooey cookies being served all day. Bread starts coming out of the oven at 10 a.m. Due to demand, it’s recommended to call in and pre-order.
