Michelle’s passion for baking and cake decorating started off as a hobby that developed into her career. She started making cakes from home, then balanced that with two little girls until she was able to open her own shop in Austin in 2010. Now she has a storefront that not only sells her well known cakes but walk in customers can buy cupcakes, petit fours, cookies and more! If you’re looking for other wedding vendors, there are others who share space with her and can help you with invitations, planning, hair and make up and photography.

Michelle studied Psychology at Smith College then went on to San Francisco where she learned the art of flavor combination. She studied under Traci des Jardin of Jardiniere, honing her skills in the pastry department. Family brought her back to Austin, Texas where she made the bold move of quitting her day job and starting her own cake business. Ten years later, she’s now known as having the best tasting wedding cake in town, offering brides a variety of fabulous designs.
