We’ve always been inspired by culinary greats like Julia Child, not only for their technical skills in the kitchen, but because of their knack for bringing people together and sharing love and joy through their dishes. Jessica Reinhardtsen, owner of Greige, has a passion for creating unique desserts containing traditional and nontraditional flavor profiles. The pastries and desserts at Greige contain nods to traditional items while adding her own flare. She wanted to create a place where luxurious desserts and fine drink could be enjoyed. Greige is located in a historically registered building that was once the George Ziegler Candy Co. What was once a space that created delicious confections, now hosts a patisserie that will carry on the sweetness of this buildings historical significance.
