The Mill

We freshly mill grains to produce bread that is as flavorful as it is nourishing. We use high quality locally sourced ingredients to put on top of all of our toast options. We roast coffee everyday over at our roastery located at 375 Valencia street to provide you with the best cup possible. Oh and we have baristas and bakers who love there job and are happy to help answer any questions you may have!

Established in 2014.
This is a collaboration between Fourbarrel Coffee and Josey Baker bread that began with the mutual respect and Friendship of Josey Baker, Jeremy Tooker, Tal Moore and Jodi Geren. Fourbarrel roasts and sources the freshest crop coffee and Josey Mills and bakes the freshest grains… So what better idea than start a killer cafe together.
