We also have a visible dry age room that will age beef and lamb for up to 21 days, resulting in improved texture and flavor. Family-owned, Golden Gate Meat Company has been around for the past 25 years, offering quality meats to fine restaurants, culinary institutes, caterers and hotels. It wasn’t until 2003, that Golden Gate Meat Company, (Butcher’s by the Bay), opened up in the historic Ferry Building, now offering those same quality meats to the public!
