White Mountain Foods is a family owned and operated company, who has been in business since 1980 right here in Austin, TX. Our Bulgarian pure yogurt is just that – pure (milk + cultures). We believe in producing great tasting foods that are good for you. From our line of non-GMO tofu salads and dips to our wheat products and our killer tamales; all natural, minimally processed, organic when possible, and all non-GMO we strive to provide the freshest products possible. The Austin Chronicle has voted us “Best Vegetarian Fare for the Non-Vegetarian”. We are so proud of our vegetarian and Vegan offerings that we offer a 5 day challange on our website. White Mountain Foods was started by Reed Murray who ran the company until he retired and his brother Jeff and his family took the riens. Reed passed away suddenly in 2008 and his presences is still felt today.
