Wayside Workshop is a family owned and operated business that was founded in 1976. Our mission has always been to provide our customers with a quality, American Made Furniture at a fair and affordable price. We also pride ourselves in our great and ever changing selection of unique accessories and gift items. We are a certified “Real Wood Furniture-Finished Your Way” retailer. Also we take pride in our upholstered furniture! Our salespeople are very knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. Our finishers have a great deal of experience and are very talented at what they do. A lot of our people have been with us for many years. Wayside Workshop is a family owned and operated business, founded in 1976 by our father and mother, Donald & Eleanor Schulze. We started out in a very small store in Chardon, Ohio where we were located for seven years. When we outgrew that space in 1983, we moved to a new location in Aurora, Ohio at The Aurora Farms Premium Outlet Center. In October of 2017 we moved to our current location in the Historic District of Aurora. It is a great old building with lots of character, which fits our store perfectly! We love Aurora and enjoy being a part of this community. Our mission has always been to provide our customers with a quality, American Made Furniture at a fair and affordable price.
