Tirto Furniture specializes in creating contemporary & sustainable furniture that blends traditional, modern, and sustainable design. Our furniture is created primarily out of salvaged teak wood from torn down houses, railroad ties, benches, and other recycled sources. All of our furniture is made in our family’s workshop in Indonesia.

Furniture has always been a part of Tirto owner Chris Tirtoprodjo’s life. Growing up, Chris took his first steps surrounded by beautiful Indonesian antiques. His father, James, collected and restored antiques, slowly growing his business from a few carpenters working out of his home, to the current workshop which employs over 25 people. The workshop produces furniture for customers in Asia, Europe & North America.
