In 2003 we started raising pigs and in 2008 we opened up The MEAT SHOP to sell FRESH PORK. In 2009 we acquired a slaughter house which opened the door for beef, lamb & goat. Poultry is not to be left out. In 2010 we found Ridgeview Farms for local chicken and turkey. Other great sources provide us with wild game. We are always adding new products from specialty cuts to smoked products.
