We do not want to be a shop that takes advantage of people who don’t have the same tech accolade as our staff does. We just want to run an honest business that is strictly solution based pricing only. If we do not provide a reasonable solution to your problem than your money is not wanted. We want to base our companies success off of our ability to repair your device. Who cares If I spend 1-4 hours “trying” to fix your device… we want to do free diagnostics, no charge if we do not fix and always give flat rate not hourly prices so you don’t have to guess your bill.
