Srikant Gir a retired Engineering professor and his wife Ruta Gir (microbiologist) started the business 22 years ago in Memphis Tn. They have been traveling to Bali and other parts of Asia to design and manufacture their unique jewelry. Their flagship store is located inside The “South’s Grand Hotel” The Peabody Hotel.
