Freed of London is the world’s leading supplier of dance shoes and dance garments. Founded in 1929 from a simple philosophy of serving an individual dancer’s needs, the portfolio today consists of shoes and garments catering to all dance genres, a wedding collection and a recently launched high-street collection of ballet flats.

Freed of London was founded by Mr Frederick Freed and his wife Dora. They began by making pointe shoes in the basement of their Covent Garden store – the same site where today’s flagship store stands.
