Atelier Galerie

A small boutique jewelry shop featuring handcrafted jewelry by local Savannah jewelry artists, and regional and international artisans. Atelier Galerie was established in 1997 by Phyllis Lang, a SCAD MFA recipient. She designs and makes her jewelry in the shop. Most of the work is done in Sterling silver and bronze, so everything is affordable.Located on the corner of Oglethorpe Avenue and Abercorn Street, it’s across the street from the Colonial Cemetery and on your way to St. John’s Cathedral. This is the place to find a unique gift or something for yourself. Some of the items sold here are only found in Savannah.

Established in 1997.
Phyllis Lang started this jewelry shop as a place for her to make and sell her sterling and bronze jewelry. She was so inspired by the wrought iron gates and fences around Savannah that she began designing a line of jewelry inspired by the gates. These are made and sold in the shop.

Phyllis has been making jewelry for over 30 years. She has attended Ft Lauderdale Art Institute, University of Florida and has a BA in Industrial Design and Textile Design from NCSU. She received her MFA from SCAD.
