Although the store on 3rd avenue may be new, Anthony is not. Anthony has been in the business since he was a teenager, more than 30 years ago! He has worked in Bay Ridge for most of that time at his uncles butcher shop. It was always his dream of owning his own store. After parting ways with his uncle he knew it was it time. When considering where to open his butcher the only though in his mind was Bay Ridge. The only thing anthony knows better than meat is Bay Ridge. So he got his family together and opened this family operared business that Anthony considers his home.
