Dr Rai started the practice in 1988 and in 2003 opened the Santa Barbara Dental Spa on the Mesa in Santa Barbara. In August of 2003 the practice was moved to 2017 Chapala Street in Santa Barbara which is a bigger and better facility with easy access from the free way and also close to down town Santa Barbara
