As a professional pastry chef, I am passionate on serving the top quality French and Japanese style pastries. I earned my certificate from Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. I have lived in Paris and traveled around the world to explore pastries worldwide. I finally decided to settle in Great Portland area, and opened my first pastry shop in Beaverton.
