Established in 2015.
It’s a German family owned and run business that was created in late 2014. After all contruction work was finished we started producing in September 2015. We started as a wholesale business but we are now delivering to the public via our online shop and on farmers markets in the are.

Carina grew up on a farm in Germany and naturally helped with the traditional sausage making at her parents farm. Later they moved to India to where her parents owned a turkey farm.
After moving to the United States, Carina’s parents founded YOUBITE in late 2014 to bring the German sausages they so love to Ventura County and beyond.

David grew up in Germany where his parents own a catering business where they specialized on Fingerfood. The meat for the products was purchased at the local butcher in David’s village (5000 people at that time) who had his shop two doors over from David’s house. David has always been a part of the catering business first starting with deliveries, then helping in the kitchen and at events.

Both Carina and David have a passion for homemade foods and were more than happy to accept when Carina’s parents asked them to be part of YOUBITE.
