Since her initial training, Chef Ashley Joslin has earned numerous accolades for her work in pastry, including Cleveland Magazine’s prestigious Silver Spoon award and Best Chocolate Cake in Cleveland. She has been featured in local magazines, appeared on Cleveland television shows and has even gotten to bake for President Barack Obama’s staff. She was also honored to make a birthday cake for Senator Bob Dole. She has studied under multiple wedding cake experts and specializes in custom cake design. While working as an executive pastry chef for popular Cleveland establishments, Ashley began Top Tier Cakes out of her home. Now with her own team in place, she has brought her vision to a full-service bakery and cake studio in Westlake, OH.
