ShuzyQ offers shoes that inspire sighs of delight and make women a bit woozy in the knees. It is a bit of shoe heaven tucked away in the back corner of the building that houses the Glacier Brewhouse. We offer « WOW » shoes at all price points and all heel heights from flats to sky high heels. Our favorite shoes are both gorgeous AND so comfortable we want to do the shoe victory dance. We are an Alaskan Woman owned business and as such we carry shoes that are functional for the myriad of lifestyles enjoyed by Alaskan women. We have insulated rainboots, we have car-to-bar heels that really aren’t made for walking more than about 100 feet, we have walkable career shoes and the most fabulous line up of boots of any store in America. ShuzyQ opened its doors in March of 2010 to the sound of sled dogs in the streets of downtown Anchorage. It was the beginning of the Iditarod and it seemed the perfect time to launch a new women’s shoe store in Anchorage. ShuzyQ is the big-city sister to Shoefly + Hudsons a store that has been bringing great shoes to Alaskan women since 2005.

Sydney and Dawn love shoes. They opened Shoefly in Juneau, Alaska in 2005 and then at the request of women all over the State of Alaska, they opened ShuzyQ in 2010. They strive to offer « best shoe friend » service in their stores and are adept at picking shoe styles that make women of all ages sigh with delight.
