Established in 1998.
In 1994, Rod Parks, owner of Retro Inferno, decided to get new furniture for his home. Unsure of what he was looking for, but absolutely positive what he didn’t want as he perused typical furniture stores, he began looking at alternatives. Mid-century shops, estate sales, garage sales and so on. When Rod discovered good mid-century design he was hooked. A garage and basement full, turned into storage lockers, into warehouse floors and in 1998 Retro Inferno opened it doors. An interest turned into passion (bordering on obsession!) and became a business.
