Quinta Caporales (QC Meat Market) was founded in march of 2009 in the city of Austin, TX. This chain aims to serve the Texas community, while still keeping things « weird » as we do in Austin. We strive on providing a variety of fresh meat and produce as well as authentic dishes that conserve Mexico’s traditional flavors.
