Our store is locally owned and located at the corner of East 7th Street and Pecan Avenue in Charlotte, NC. We proudly serve the Elizabeth, Plaza Midwood, Chantilly, and surrounding areas. Our Team Leader, Michelle Sutherland, has over 15 years of management experience. She loves animals of all types and owns 3 dogs, 2 cats, a guinea pig, a ball python, and a rabbit. Our Supervisors each have over 4 years experience. Jenn has a Shih tzu named Rikku, a Tarantula named Chewy and many more! She loves to adopt « special needs » animals.
